All the freedom and a safer environment make a big difference. Venezuela is experiencing a significant political and financial collapse for all the wrong decisions that have been happening for many years, making a living not securely difficult. The COVID situation is not helping the country improve the situation \u2014 the opposite. It\u2019s making it worse. Hopefully, Venezuela can solve the internal problems and become one of the happiest and more rich countries in the world again, as it used to be a while ago.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Diaz Group Employee Spotlight: Edgar Salazar\" width=\"1200\" height=\"675\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/yKf31-xBqpE?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"block-ab9122cf-3c45-4252-a20c-19c1b80dd6f1\"><strong>How has life changed for you since working at Diaz Group?&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Working with Diaz Group has been a unique experience: learning and exploring new markets and a new industry, adapting my manufacturing and industrial environment background into grounds management. It has been challenging and also fun for me. Coming from a tropical country, Venezuela, where we have zero snow, not even cold temperatures, always 80 degrees Fahrenheit, plus a different language and culture, but always with the Diaz Group support in all my crazy ideas and decisions. The family environment that I feel here working with Diaz Group helps me overcome the fear of emigrating to a different country with no family or friends. I consider Diaz Group LLC my extended family in the US because every worker follows the same values and goals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What is your proudest accomplishment in life &#8211; work or non-work-related?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I feel so blessed and proud of all the growth (spiritual and professional) that\u00a0 I have been experiencing since I moved from Venezuela\u2014being able to help financially and supporting my family and friends in Venezuela. Also, experiencing the Company\u2019s explosive expansion and growth in safety procedures, operational and systems implementation has been gratifying in all these years working with Diaz Group as a team effort.
