ECHO USA: Made in America
Earlier this month, Diaz Group had the honor of participating in ECHO USA’s ECHO Heroes project. Headquartered in Illinois, ECHO is a worldwide leader in the development and manufacturing of landscaping equipment. The extraordinary work happening in our world, whether it be in a national park or at the site of a natural disaster, wouldn’t be possible without the powerful tools ECHO produces. Through the Heroes project, ECHO recognizes those who are passionate and dedicated to their work and allows them to share their unique story.
We were fortunate enough to be featured as an ECHO Hero where we were given the opportunity to express our narrative. They listened to our stories and shared them with the public in a video titled “Made in America”. This video truly captures the idea that Diaz Group is more than just landscaping.
Our Story
The video follows the journey of Ruben Diaz Sr., who immigrated to the United States from Mexico when he was 16 years old. Ruben Sr. worked hard and made a life for himself in the United States, where he eventually founded Diaz Group with his sons.
Ruben Diaz Sr. was able to cultivate a welcoming environment where everyone is family, whether they are blood-related or not. At Diaz Group, we produce great work, but it is our people that make us special. Learn more about our story in the Made in America video.
